Offer internships to students who've shown their skills

Hire interns who've practised real scenarios, worked with mentors and built a Global Readiness Score — not just sent a résumé. Tell us about your company and the roles you're offering, and we'll be in touch.

Why companies partner with MySkills

  • Evidence, not just a CV

Every student builds a Global Readiness Score out of 100 from what they do on MySkills: learning, practice, live mentor sessions and mentor sign-off.

  • Skills a mentor has vouched for

Skill badges and projects on a student's profile are awarded and verified by the mentors who worked with them.

  • Students across India

A growing pool of students working through the Digital Marketing and Global Leadership programmes.

  • You describe the role

Tell us what kind of internships you can offer and the skills you need, and we'll talk it through with you.

How it works

  1. Create your partner account

Sign up as an internship partner: your company, the internships you can offer and who to contact.

  2. Confirm your email

Enter the 6-digit code we send to the address you signed up with.

  3. We get in touch

A real person reviews every partner account and reaches out to understand the roles.

  4. Meet students who've shown their skills

Interns come from students with a track record on MySkills, not a blank page.

Who we're looking for

  • A company or agency with real, supervised work for interns to do
  • Clear roles — for example marketing, content, analytics or design
  • A named contact we can reach by email and phone

Questions

What is the Global Readiness Score?

A score out of 100 that counts only what a student does on MySkills: learning and practice across their programmes, live sessions with mentors, and mentor sign-off. It is worked out on our servers, not typed in by the student.

What kinds of internships can we offer?

Roles where MySkills students' skills apply. Digital marketing is the largest programme today — SEO, paid ads, analytics and content — with personal and career skills alongside.

How do students become available?

Students build their profile through the programmes: practice, mentor sessions, skill badges and projects. We'll talk with you about the roles and the profile you're looking for.

Do we need a MySkills account?

Yes, a free partner account. It is how you tell us about your company and sign in to the Community portal; the team verifies it before you can post internships.

What happens after we submit?

A real person at MySkills reads it and contacts the person you name to discuss your roles.
